Two of our AHS JAG students were invited to join last month's top Career Development Conference "Outstanding Senior" competitors to serve as Pages for the day at the Indiana State Senate. A select group of 60 students from across the State gathered at the 10th anniversary celebration of JAG programs offered here in Indiana. Regional 1st Place Outstanding Senior, Roy Thomas, and 3rd Place competitor, Harlei Chavis, met with Senators and government officials, toured the State Capitol, attended a luncheon featuring keynote speaker, Governor Eric Holcomb, and attended a Senate session while serving as Pages on the Senate floor. An outstanding opportunity/experience for a couple of outstanding Anderson High School students!
