The students of the yearbook department are proud to announce that, following the first day of fundraising, over $350 has been contributed to the memorial fund for Levi Crusmire.

Open fundraising through the yearbook will continue until Friday, August 16th, with all revenue being directly transferred to the Crusmire family at that time. Donations will continue to be accepted by the AHS yearbook team during all lunches until then, with an additional "Hat day" scheduled for Wednesday, August 14th in order to further assist in the endeavour. Hi Everyone,

This is Mr. Davis of Anderson High School with an important reminder about Anderson High School’s Open House. The Open House will take place Monday, August 12th from 6:00-7:30. You may enter at either the north or the south entrance where you will be greeted by our Tribe Chiefs. There will be information tables set up in the commons with a sign in area. This will be a time for you to meet your child’s teachers and learn about Anderson High School events and activities. If you need a more in-depth conversation with your child’s teacher, please be sure to schedule a follow up meeting. If your student attends classes at the Anderson/District 26 Career Center, the Career Center will also be open from 6:00-7:30pm for Open House.

We will also be having a Senior College Planning Night August 12th from 5:30-6:15pm in the Anderson High School cafeteria. This will provide an opportunity for students and families to learn about the college planning process. Topics to be presented will include finding the right postsecondary fit, the technical side of the application process, paying for college, and information for 21st Century Scholars. We hope all seniors will be able to attend this informative night to learn important information about preparing for college. We will have pizza and drinks at the Senior College Night meeting. We look forward to seeing you August 12th!
