Our AHS Calculus Team competed April 8th at Clemson University. The team of 9 placed an amazing 7th place with our school ranking at 23rd. Only 41 schools nation wide qualified for this prestigious competition. AHS was the only public school to qualify!!

The Class of 2019 celebrated their achievements on Tuesday, May 28th. The Class of 2019 was offered "Millions" of dollars in scholarships. We are proud of the Class of 2019. You will be missed! Best of luck and always stay safe.
And a special congratulations to Mrs. Thompson for "Teacher of the Year"! Well deserved.

Sign up by June 5th for the SAT/ACT prep course!
This course is designed to help students prepare for the SAT/ACT Exam. The prep course will familiarize students with the format and scoring of the test. Students that participate will review and practice reading strategies , vocabulary, and writing skills, as well as topics from Algebra and Geometry.

Boys and Girls track season is in full swing. We would love for everyone to come out and support our Tribe track team!

Anderson High School students were awarded second place the regional Rube Goldberg Machine Contest held in Osgood, IN. This group of students used engineering design principles to construct a machine that would complete a simple task in a series of complicated steps. This years machine had 58 steps to "Put Money in a Piggy Bank." They are now qualified for the national contest which will be held April 6th at Lawrenceburg, IN.
Team sponsor, David Perrel, is very proud of the amazing accomplishment of these students and all the hard work and ingenuity they put into this year's machine.
